Customer Solutions Specialist (Second Shift)

In this role, you will be the voice of our brand during critical evening hours, ensuring our customers receive world-class support when they need it most.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound Inquiries: Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Diagnose technical or service-related issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and actions taken in our CRM system.
- Escalation Handling: Identify complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate technical teams.
The “Second Shift” Schedule
This is a fixed schedule position designed for those who thrive in the evenings.
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST.
- Location: Fully Remote (USA).
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a client-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software and remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom).
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
